Target values of the AIM PRIZMA v0.1 engineering specification

Video
See the space around

Radio
Sees through any obstacle

Motion
Knows where the operator is looking

PRIZMA headset
Cameras, the radar map and the combined mode are switched with a single button. PRIZMA shows not only the mark but also its reliability
Interface simulation. Marks and silhouettes are illustrative and are not measurement results
Detected: 2
Mark 01
4.2 m · motion · 82%
Mark 02
6.1 m · no motion · 41%
When confidence is low, PRIZMA shows a zone rather than an exact outline. The decision always stays with a human
Two front cameras show the surroundings, so the operator stays oriented without taking off the headset
A map of radio signal reflections: silhouettes and movement of people behind any obstacles
Radar marks are overlaid on the video in real time and tied to the position of the operator’s head
We are developing the headset for services that need to assess the situation behind an obstacle: find a person under rubble, check a room, keep the team safe
Rapid deployment, detection of people behind obstacles
and assessment of the situation before entering a danger zone
The complete kit in one shock-resistant case. The headset, sensor and computing unit run on AIM Vision OS
Sealed housing, two optics, IMU and an adjustable head strap
2 × Micro-OLED
Video view of the surroundings and the basis of the combined mode
2 cameras
Emits the probing signal and receives the reflections
Multichannel
Signal processing and AI algorithms on FPGA/SoC
AIM Vision OS
Swappable power for field work without an outlet
Target 5–12 hours
High-speed link between the headset, sensor and computer
Single circuit
Holds the antenna array, computer and battery on the vest
Wearable design
Shockproof case with inserts for the whole kit
Complete kit
From radio signal analysis to locating a person — four stages of the system that make it possible to detect people behind any obstacle
The antenna array on the operator’s chest generates a probing microwave signal. It passes through walls, floors, doors and structures made of any material
The reflected signal returns to the array. Even breathing and slight movements of a person behind an obstacle change it, and this is the main sign of presence
The computing unit cleans the signal of interference, builds a reflection map and assesses the confidence of each mark
Silhouettes of people are overlaid on the camera video in real time and tied to the rotation of the operator’s head
Key optics, sensor, computing and battery life parameters of PRIZMA
Specifications are preliminary and may change after testing
PRIZMA is in development. Organizations that join the project now receive headsets from the first batch with priority and help shape the final specifications
PRIZMA is designed to work through walls, floors, doors and structures made of any materials. Range and image clarity depend on the thickness and composition of the obstacle
No. The signal is generated and processed by the chest unit: the antenna array, the computer and the battery. The headset displays the finished image, so the kit only works as a whole
Submit a request, and we will present the project and discuss your tasks. Then we agree on the terms of participation and the work plan: development and testing are carried out together with partners, and the first headsets go to them with priority
Any organization that needs PRIZMA: government services, rescue and security units, private companies and investors
Submit a request, and we will tell you about the project, partnership terms and the release timeline of the first batch
